The app contains nationwide emergency numbers for the following countries:

• North America: Canada, USA
• Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

In addition, the app also provides tools that may be needed in emergency situations. A first aid audio guide offers chest compression instructions with a 100 BPM counter.

The quick search function allows users to easily access important numbers, such as Pharmacy Emergency Service. Once the city is entered, it is saved for future searches; users can conveniently store these links in their 'Contacts' list for quick access and better preparedness.

For business users, the app offers the ability to create a custom phonebook for their customers. Through scanning a QR code, customers can import this phonebook into their NINU app. This feature simplifies contact organization for companies, hotels, cities, or any other businesses.

Users can also generate their own phonebook to make calls or send SMS. The app enables sending pre-filled SMS or WhatsApp messages containing location details, personal data masks (including information like name, blood type, medication requirements), or current data masks (such as details of ongoing activities like skiing) to saved contacts with activated services. These data masks can be shared via SMS or WhatsApp. Some countries offer emergency SMS services where these data mask features are applicable.

• Emergency Doctor Care (available in most countries)
• Transportation to Hospital (available in most countries)

Other available countries provide additional important numbers such as poison control centers, mental health support hotlines, assistance for children, and more. The app sources this data from government websites of respective states and more.
